With a purchase of any tanning bed you will receive 1 certificate for 3 days and 2 nights as well as a tanning bed lotion package.   Below are some brief details.

Certificate is valid for a reservation form offering you and a guest 3 days and 2 nights accommodations in your choice of 20 cities.   After you receive the reservation form you cost is just a fee to cover room taxes of between $9 and $15 per night, depending on the city selected.  Must be used within 1 year and you must be 21 years of age.
