This is a 100 watt electronic tanning bed lamp ballast. The ballast controls 2 100 watt lamps.
This item can also be used to run 1 100 watt lamp if the bed is a 220V. Simply snip the J2 staple on the ballast so the staple is not longer connected.
This item was often used in older Sunquest tanning beds that run off of 110 volts. The newer Sunquest tanning beds most likely will not have this ballast.
