*Please note - here are two very common problems you might try correcting which may help us with your warranty claim:
In order to process your claim, we will need the two serial numbers for the bed. You will find one on the canopy (top) of the bed and one on the bench (bottom). Both are stickers affixed to the bed.
We will also need the number of hours on the bed. For systems with a digital timer, hold down the stop button for the hour reading. If you have a SunQuest system, please estimate the hours to the best of your ability.
